Software as a Service (SaaS) Refund Policy

Postlyo provides immediate access to server resources, specialized AI models, and commercial infrastructure upon subscription activation. As such, we adhere to a strict non-refundable policy for all paid periods.

Trial Period & Evaluation

We provide a transparent evaluation mechanism to mitigate risk for our customers:

  • Free Starter Plan: Indefinite access to core features for validation.
  • 3-Day Evaluation (Business Annual): Full access to enterprise features for team evaluation before commitment.

We encourage utilizing these trial avenues to fully assess platform fit before incurring costs.

Exceptions for Service Failure

Refunds may be considered solely at our discretion in the event of:

  • Critical Platform Failure: Extended downtime exceeding 24 hours that materially prevents service usage.
  • Billing Errors: Proven double-billing or charges incurred after confirmed cancellation.

Cancellation Protocol

Cancellation requests must be initiated via the dashboard "Settings" > "Billing" panel. Email cancellations are processed with a standard 48-hour SLA. To avoid automatic renewal, please cancel at least 24 hours before the billing cycle renews.

Billing Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without prior communication will result in immediate and permanent account termination and a ban from future service usage. Please contact billing support to resolve issues amicably.
